ONYVA Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for supporting ONYVA and being part of our first launch. This policy outlines how our pre-orders work and what you can expect as an early backer.
1. Purpose of the Pre-Order
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving one of the first ONYVA e-bikes to be produced for Singapore. Your pre-order helps us plan production, confirm components, and schedule deliveries efficiently.
2. Deposit and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your pre-order.

The deposit amount depends on the pre-order option you select.

The remaining balance will be due before delivery or pickup.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit
All pre-order deposits are non-refundable. Each bike is made to order, and once your pre-order is confirmed, we begin allocating parts and production slots. If there are unexpected changes (e.g. production delays), we’ll communicate transparently and provide updates throughout the process.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery is expected to begin in February 2026, depending on production progress and LTA approval. You’ll receive regular updates via email as we move through testing, manufacturing, and delivery stages.
5. LTA Approval
ONYVA e-bikes will be fully LTA-approved before delivery to customers. You will be able to register your bike for legal use on public paths in Singapore.
6. Warranty
All ONYVA e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Details of the warranty will be provided upon final delivery.
7. Changes or Cancellations
We understand plans can change, but due to our made-to-order process, cancellations cannot be refunded once the pre-order is placed.
